By accessing or using the IncomeScreening platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IncomeScreening provides a cloud-based platform for landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals to screen prospective tenants through automated income verification, document management, and reporting tools. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to fair housing laws and data protection regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit through the Service is collected and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IncomeScreening and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IncomeScreening, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
